1. Sponsor

The Growing Community Corporate Complex Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Growing Community, Calle Erik Leonard Ekman 34, Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional, Dominican Republic (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who are legal residents of any country where participation is permitted by law. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, as well as members of their immediate families and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.

3. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins on [Start Date] and ends at 11:59 p.m. local time on January 4, 2027 (“Promotion Period”). The random drawing will be conducted on January 5, 2027, before a notary public.

4. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded: Transfer of ownership of a corporate complex located in the Distrito Nacional, Dominican Republic, consisting of:

• Two (2) fully operational buildings; and

• One (1) additional building site approved for development.

Mail-in entries must be received by January 4, 2027. Each valid mail-in entry equals one (1) ticket.

6. Winner Selection

The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period (including both paid and free entries). The drawing will be supervised by a notary public, and Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

7. Winner Notification and Prize Claim

The potential winner will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of entry. The winner must respond within 30 calendar days and execute all required documentation, including a property transfer agreement and a confidentiality agreement regarding the exact location and details of the property. Failure to comply will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Cancellation, Postponement, and Refunds

If the Sweepstakes is canceled for any reason, Sponsor will refund the purchase price of tickets to all participants.

9. Fundraising Goal

The minimum fundraising goal for the Sweepstakes is USD $12,000,000:

• If the goal is not met, the Sweepstakes may be canceled, and all participants will be refunded.

• If at least 70% of the goal is raised by the end of the Promotion Period, Sponsor may postpone the drawing until the goal is reached.

10. Taxes and Expenses

The winner is solely responsible for all costs, taxes, duties, and fees associated with the acceptance, transfer, and use of the prize.

11. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, image, and likeness for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes worldwide without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used solely for administration purposes and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

13. General Conditions
